Barfit 1.000 gr Bar ingredients
Water 110 gr Bar ingredients
Butter 99% (melted) 230 gr Bar ingredients
Chocolate Drops 80 gr Bar ingredients
Seed Mix 80 gr Bar ingredients
Chocolatier Choco Mit Filling ingredients
or Chocolatier Delicevover Choco Filling ingredients
Dip Choco (coating) Coating ingredients

Preparation

    Mix the Barfit, the water and the melted butter with the flat beater at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with the flat beater at medium speed until they are well blended.

    Stretch the dough into a 5-6 mm layer and place it onto a parchment paper.

    Bake at 185-190oC for 8-10 minutes.

    Cut 3 even layers and assemble them by spreading Chocolatier Choco Mit or Chocolatier Delicecover Choco in between.

    Cut the layers into bar shapes.

    Dip them into Dip Choco (coating).

Recipe with Margarine: 

Replace the butter amount with Margarine Princess 290 gr.

The water amount should be 60 gr.
