Stuffed Bread Rolls 

Recipe

Ingredients Kg
Regent Bread 50 1.500 gr
Strong flour Τ70% 1.500 gr
Sugar 240 gr
Margarine Princess 900 gr
Yeast 150 gr
Water 600 gr

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together for 3 minutes at low speed and then for 1 minute at high speed.

    Allow to rest for 10 minutes.

    Cut the dough into portions that weigh 150 gr and form them into round shapes.

    Either stretch the dough by hand of with the use of a rolling pin.
    Place the filling you prefer in the center and wrap up.Sprinkle any short of ingredients you preferer.

    Proof for 50 minutes (±35°C/ 75% RH).

    Bake at  220°C for 12-15 minutes.
