Cheese Cream Phill (cream cheese) | 500 gr | Cream ingredients |
Whole milk (3,5% fat) | 700 gr | Cream ingredients |
Eggs | 220 gr | Cream ingredients |
Yogurt (10% fat) | 600 gr | Cream ingredients |
Orange shavings | 1 orange | Cream ingredients |
Paletta Cold Gel Neutral | Extra ingredients | |
Carlo (release agent) | Extra ingredients |
Preparation
Base:
Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Cream:
Mix the Cheese Cream Phill with the milk and the eggs for 2 minutes at high speed.
Add the yogurt and the orange shavings and continue to mix for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the base mixture into a preferable mold, once you have sprayed it with Carlo (release agent).
Fill the mold up to ¼ with the base mixture and the rest with the cheese cream.
Bake at 170°C for 25-30 minutes.
Once the traybake has cooled down you can coat it with neutral jelly, Paletta Cold Gel Neutral.
