New Year's Day Cake with almonds

Mama's Cake 2.000 gr Cake ingredients
Oil 750 gr Cake ingredients
Water 750 gr Cake ingredients
Orange shavings 1-2 oranges Cake ingredients
Butter (optional) up to 150 gr Cake ingredients
Roasted almonds up to 250 gr Extra ingredients
Mont Blanc (white sugar in powder form, non-water soluble) Extra ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 5 minutes. You should get a liguid mixture with no volume.

    Add the almonds at the end of the mixing process. Make sure they are evenly spread in the mixture.

    Pour the mixture into preferable molds, filling them up to ¾.

    Bake at 160-170°C for 45-75 minutes (45 minutes for 20-25 cm molds and 75 minutes for 60-80 cm trays).

    Once the cake has cooled down, sprinkle with Mont Blanc or with other preferable ingredients.
