Double Cream Muffin | 1.000 gr |
Oil | 400 gr |
Water | 400 gr |
Eggs | 50 gr |
Honey | 50 gr |
Silkgrain Sonnen-Müsli | 300 gr |
Hazelnuts | 75 gr |
Raisins | 75 gr |
Preparation
Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients (apart from the Silkgrain Sonnen-Müsli, the hazelnuts and the raisins) at medium speed for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and and mix for 1 minute at low speed.
Pour the dough into tulip muffin cups.
Bake at 190-195˚C for 22-24 minutes.

Before you bake the muffins, you can decorate them with corn flakes, hazelnuts and raisins.
