Ingredients Kg %
Mama's Choco Cake 2.000 gr Cake ingredients
Oil (sunflower/corn) 750 gr Cake ingredients
Water 750 gr Cake ingredients
Carlo (release agent) Cake ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together at medium speed for 5 minutes.

    If you want to add nuts add them at the last minute of mixing.

    Pour the mixture into preferable molds, filling them up to 2/3 once you have buttered, floured or sprayed them with Carlo (release agent).

    Bake at 180-200°C for as much time as needed depending on the weight and the oven type (Indicative baking duration: 45-60 minutes for half a kilo)

    Once the cakes have cooled down you can proceed with the preferable decoration.

Once you have poured the mixture into the molds you can freeze it (do not forget to cover it). In such a case, once taken out from the freezer to unfreeze, you can continue with the working method without any alteration.

You can mix the ingredients by hand or with a whisk. Make sure you mix the ingredients for 6-7 minutes until you get a liquid mixture without lumps.

You can use orange scent or lemon shavings instead of orange shavings. You can also replace the orange shavings with orange juice by using the same amount or part of the water.

If you want to add nuts then use 250 gr of any nut you prefer (almonds, walnuts etc) or any type of alcohol etc.
