Cereal Bars with Crunchy Chocolate Sauce

Barfit 1.000 gr Bar ingredients
Water 110 gr Bar ingredients
Butter 99% (melted) 230 gr Bar ingredients
Chocolatier Choco Bisc 350 gr Bar ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together (apart from the Chocolatier Choco Bisc) at low speed for 2 minutes.

    Add the Chocolatier Choco Bisc and mix slightly at low speed until it is well blended. 

    Spread 800-850 gr of dough onto a parchment paper lines 21x28 baking tray.

    Bake at 185oC for 22 minutes.

    Before it cools down, score and cut into preferable sizes and shapes.

Recipe with the addition of Margarine:

You can replace the butter amount with 290 gr Margarine Princess.

The water amout should be 60 gr.
