| Tap water | 750 gr | Base ingredients |
| Fruit Filling | 400 gr | Fruit ingredients |
| Eldorado (hot process neutral gel) | Coating ingredients |
Preparation
Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together at medium speed for 5 minutes.
On a 22 cm parchment paper lined tray, spread a 400 gr layer of any Fruit Filling flavor you prefer.
Pour the batter on top of the fruit layer.
Bake at 170-180°C for 35-40 minutes.
Once finished baking, remove from the tray and tip over. Remove the parchment paper.
Once the pie reaches room temperature, coat with Eldorado.
